Hi, I'm Daja — founder of XNN Fit.

I spent my teenage years chasing milliseconds. By 13, I was competing at the Youth Olympics in Italy. But by 18, my body had different plans. A cycle of recurring injuries didn't just slow me down; it forced me to walk away from competitive athletics entirely.

That transition was a turning point. It's one thing to train when everything is going right; it's another thing entirely to rebuild when your body feels like it has let you down.

I found that new strength in the gym. It wasn't just about getting fit; it was about regaining control and building a body that was resilient rather than just fast. That experience is why I founded XNN Fit. I wanted to help people build a foundation that actually lasts.

I've been in this industry for over a decade now. While my Swiss Federal Diploma gives me the technical framework, my real expertise comes from the years spent figuring out how to make fitness work when life, injuries, or burnout get in the way.

At XNN Fit, we don't do perfection. We do systems. I integrate your training, your nutrition, and your mindset into a strategy that actually fits into your real life.
