
I’ve been passionate about movement and performance since childhood. From age 11 to 18, I was active in athletics, focusing mainly on sprinting. At just 13, I competed in the Youth Olympics. After facing repeated injuries, I had to step away from competitive athletics — an experience that ultimately shaped the way I coach today.
My passion for fitness began at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years. My athletic journey started when I was 11 years old, and by the age of 13, I qualified for the Youth Olympics in Italy. Despite my best efforts, recurring injuries hindered my performance, and I eventually had to stop pursuing athletics.
I found strength again through weight training. The gym became a space to rebuild — both physically and mentally. That journey sparked my mission: to help others create lasting transformation through fitness, mindset, and lifestyle.
I’ve now been working in the fitness industry for over a decade, combining deep experience with a personalized, client-first approach. I’m also a certified coach with an Eidgenössischer Fachausweis (Swiss Federal Diploma) in fitness and health.
