About me

Hi, I'm Daja...

A certified fitness, movement, and health expert with a higher degree ("Eidgenössischer Fachausweis") in Switzerland.

My passion for fitness began at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years. My athletic journey started when I was 11 years old, and by the age of 13, I qualified for the Youth Olympics in Italy. Despite my best efforts, recurring injuries hindered my performance, and I eventually had to stop pursuing athletics.

After my athletic career was cut short...

I found solace and security in weight training. The gym became a place where I could safely train and rebuild my strength. This experience ignited my passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. I began my career as a fitness coach, evolving into a group fitness and health coach. Over the years, I have specialized in nutrition coaching and mindset development, helping clients achieve not just physical fitness but overall well-being.

As a personal trainer, I combine my expertise in fitness, health and nutrition to offer comprehensive coaching that empowers you to reach your goals, both physically and mentally.
